Food diaries used to be all about remembering to write down every detail of what you ate, but not any more. To collect detailed information about your diet we will need you send over a photograph of all of your food and drink for 10 days with a brief description of what and where you ate. You can choose to share this information by e-mail, WhatsApp or text depending on what suits you best. If we have any queries about a photo, we can then send these back.
After 10 days we will be able to collate all of this information into a personalised report. Using your height, age, weight and activity level we will be able to make recommendations about changes you could make to improve your diet and highlight nutrients of concern.
